Situated at heart of the Medina, just few minutes walk from the Bahia Palace, Museum Dar Si-Said, Jemaa El Fna Square and the Koutoubia. The riad is in Riad Zitoun Jdid area.

The riad is composed of a patio with moroccan opened living room overlooking the swimming pool. A moroccan closed living room with chimney overlooking the flowered terrace with a wonderful view over Atlas' mountains and Koutoubia's mosque.

The Riad is composed of 4 double rooms. Moreover 3 rooms have the possibility to add the extra bed. All the rooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning, private bathroom with shower and WC.

There are 2 private double rooms with yellow or orange decorations and 2 bigger superior double rooms with red or brown decorations.

Riad Zitoun Jdid Area. From the parking area, pass under a big arch, then go straight, turn the first on the left and then the first on the right. We are at the end of a small tunnel, n° 3!
