It puts you within easy walking distance of the Luxembourg garden, the Pantheon and the Latin Quarter.

You will enjoy the village life of the Mouffetard neighbourhood with open air market, baker's shops, butchers, restaurants, student bars and cafes.

Comfortable and very peaceful on a charming pedestrian alley. The apartment is very sunny thanks to the very large and high windows.

This place was formerly occupied by artists such as Modigliani and Gauguin.

Located on the ground floor, the apartment is 35 square meters, with hard wood parquet.

It is furnished with a comfortable sofa, 1 armchair, table and bookshelves.

It sleeps 2 persons in a double bed on the storey and eventually a third on the sofabed for an additional cost of 20 € per night.

Behind the sleeping room you will find a dressing room, a bathroom designed like in a boat with basin, shower and toilets.

Prepare your meals at leisure in the fully equipped kitchen (burners, oven, micro wave, fridge, deep freezer, coffee maker and everything else you will need ) dining table and chairs for 4 people.

The entrance of the alley is equipped with security code.

Washing machine.

Linen and towels are provided.

Children are not allowed because there is no railing on the storey.

Basic price per night: 110 €

Total amount depending on season is automatically discounted according to length of stay.

No hidden extras

Minimum stay 3 nights.

Check in and Key Pick-Up: We acknowledge every booking by e-mail (be sure to give a valid e-mail address). We will meet you in the apartment on the specified arrival time (normal time is from 2.00 to 8.00 P.M, later arrival will be overcharged 25 €)

Arriving on time is the only way to get your keys (don't under-estimate time spent in customs and transport).

Security deposit when picking up keys: 300 €

Check Out: From 9.00 to 12.00 A.M at your apartment for inventory and deposit refund.

Cancellation: if cancellation occurs less than 72 hours from the arrival date, we will charge the first night's accommodation cost.

The damages caused by fire, explosion or water could be very expensive, that's why a tenant's liability insurance is mandatory according to French law. It's not included because you can already have one as an extension of your insurance for home or included in your travel insurance. In case not , we can suggest a special insurance policy covering your personal liability, cancellation and curtailment. for only 4% of the total rental amount.
