Kwa-Mkhabele Lodge is Johannesburg south's latest and most stylish family-owned guesthouse.

Set in the hills of the suburb of Oakdene, five minutes by foot from Johannesburg south's largest shopping mall, The Glen, Kwa-Mkhabele Lodge offers easy access to the airport and Soweto (Soccer City) highways. Owners Jamal and Tumi Mkhabele, assisted by cook and interior designer Irmgard Mkhabele, have put together a comfortable and homely environment for local South African and foreign tourists and travellers. If you need transport, it's not a problem. Jamal also owns a six-car shuttle service.

Facilities include pool, cable television in all rooms, en suite bathrooms throughout. Nine guest rooms in total. We're not graded yet, but we expect to have our four stars soon!
