No-Show:
If the client fails to show up at the hotel on the arrival day, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

No-show at the hotel before midnight of the scheduled arrival date will be considered like a cancellation same day.

Check-out:
Check-Out ends at 11:30am
An extra fee of 50,00CAD$ will be charged for late check-out, until 03:00pm the date of departure. After 03:00pm, an additional night stay will be charged at the current rate.This don't give to you the right to keep the room one night more.

Refunds:
For any reason (i.e.: accidents, sickness, etc) no refunds will be made. Also, that included no-shows and/or early check-out.

Hold reservation:
All reservation is guarantee until midnight of the scheduled arrival date. After midnight it will be considered a No-Show. The room may be not available.
