We are just 15 Minutes’ walk from the coast and beautiful cliff top parks where you can test your skills at paragliding, surfing or simply relax in the sun and enjoy the views. But at the same time Rivendell is the perfect place to relax, eat and drink, watch movies & play video games during the days and nights 24/7.

All the rooms in our new hostel have big modern en-suite bathrooms (in 70% of our rooms). We have also created indoor and outdoor common spaces, decorated modern with a scent of medieval “lord of the ring" design, accommodate all your needs, giving you the option to relax or party your time away with us in complete comfort. It is a great place to socialize with fellow backpackers and staff and enjoy a cold beer and a good meal after a long journey.

Private dorm with private bathroom:

This room include two private beds and high class bathroom. The room is modern and accessorized by mirror, cupboards and orthopaedic mattresses. It is a lovely, modern and great room to relax after exhausting track.

Small Dorm with private bathroom:

Same as the Private dorm but for four persons

Medium & Small Dorm:

Rooms in without a Private bathroom but in the same floor, next to the room

To get to the hostel just ask any taxi driver to take you to the crossing between Arequipa & Tarapaca (just say Arequipa Plaza Vea con tarapaca). We are 20 meters from that crossing, you will see a new light blue house with metal fence “welcome “.
