La Casa de Ana, Santa Clara, Cuba

Dear guest: We rent legally a small apartment in Santa Clara, capital of the province of Villaclara. It has a dinning room with fridge; a room with double bed, air conditioned, private bathroom. Touristic help for free. No pets accepted. Meals and laundry not included in the price. Price: 20 CUC per room night (2 persons), including toiletries and linen. Parking possible in a near parking lot, low priced. English speaking.

The apartment (is a little house) has a dinning room with fridge and dinner furniture; a room with double bed (if necessary, is possible to install more beds, up to 4 persons), air conditioned, private bathroom with cold & hot water 24 hours, 110 & 220 v.

The guest may use the house telephone (42 – 2229159;If calling from abroad, you have to begin with 53).and TV set. Touristic help is offered for free; we have a lot of experience. Children accepted, but no pets. Meals not included in the price; their price depends on the guest’s preferences, but they are always below the prices of restaurants for tourists. Laundry also is not included in the price.

Price: 20 CUC per room night (2 persons), including toiletries (soap, toilet paper, etc) and linen (towels & bed clothes). Parking is possible in a near parking lot, low priced.

We talk English.

Euros are admitted, but our convertible currency is CUC (Cuban Convertible Unit) which is usually changed in CADECAS's (Casas de Cambio) spread all over the country. The rate is normally a little bit less than in Europe. Please do not bring credit cards from US banks or their branches abroad; they are not admitted here. USD is penalized (1 USD = 0,87 CUC). Bring only Euros, Sterling Pounds, CAN, etc. If you need assistance, please call us. In 15 minutes, on foot, you may reach the Parque Vidal, in the very center of the city. In 5 minutes you can access to the Bus Terminal, and in 7 the monumental Ernesto “Che” Guevara Memorial. Bus from Havana 18 CUC; taxi from Terminal to the house 3 CUC. We use to receive the guests with a sign at the bus terminal.
