The Rembrandt Botanicus Two Bedroom Self Catering Holiday Apartment is beautiful and elegant suitable for up to 6 guests. Located only a matter of two tram stops away from the famous entertainment area Rembrandtplein!

On the first floor of the apartment you will find the wooden floor welcoming you into the living area. Elegant couches with matching rug, curtains and lamps adorn this area and a coffee table. Connected is the dining area as well as the open style kitchen with seating for five. The kitchen includes silverware, a microwave, fridge, microwave, kettle, and gas stove. Second floor broad bedroom with a double bed, side tables, lamps and a vintage wooden wardrobe.

The Bathroom is also on the second floor of the apartment. It has a bathtub, a sink, a shower and a toilet. Linens and towels are provided for all guests staying in this apartment.

On the last floor there is the second bedroom with a double bed. Please note that this floor is the roof and it is shaped like a triangle and not so big. There are bed side lamps and a wall picture. Sheets, linen and blankets will be provided.

Cancellation policy is 3 days in advance

We accept payment by cash and credit card.

Breakfast not included.

Please note the following extra fees to be paid on arrival:

Cleaning Fee - 40 euros

There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.

Late Check In - 30 euros

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.

-Early check in from 10am - 3pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).

-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).

In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
