L’appartamento D („3 Bed Private“) – è arredato di un letto matrimoniale e un divano-letto ribaltabile (larghezza 150 cm) – nell’occorrenza sul divano-letto si dorme anche in due. (Supplemento – 15,00 EUR/notte/la persona supplementare, 20,00 EUR/notte/la persona supplementare in peak season).
L’appartamento G („Twin Private“) – è arredato di due letti separati (oppure, nell'occorrenza, come un letto matrimoniale). Ideale per 2 persone.
Ogni appartamento è completo di: Sat-TV, radio-lettore CD con sveglia. Su richiesta: accesso internet wireless a banda larga (WLAN), lettore DVD. Il servizio fax è reperibile.
Collocazione perfetta:
Nel raggio di poche centinaia di metri sono situati il Castello e il Parco di Schönbrunn (meta turistica Viennese di prim’ordine), la fermata di due linee della metropolitana (U4 e U6 – con la linea U4 si arriva al centro/Vienna Staatsoper in dieci minuti), una strada commerciale, una palestra, una piscina e l’ufficio postale. Dietro l’angolo si trovano sia due supermercati alimentare che alcuni ristoranti dove si mangia bene e a prezzi convenienti.

Facciamo presente che trattandosi di appartamenti non vi è una reception come in albergo – perciò è importante che ci comunichiate in anticipo l’ora prevista del vostro arrivo – per assicurare la nostra presenza quando arrivate. Supplemento per le 'notte check-ins' e 'notte check-outs' (24:00-6:00) - 15,00 EUR.
Servizio pick-up:
Su richiesta veniamo a prendervi alla stazione ferroviaria (forfait 10,00 EUR) oppure all’aeroporto (forfait 30,00 EUR).
ATTENZIONE (1): Prenotazioni di “solo una notte” si accettano per i giorni feriali e con 25% supplemento, ma non per sabato, domenica e giorni festivi (né arrivo né partenza).

The apartment was very clean and well appointed, even though the outside of the building did not suggest that this would be the case. It is very handy to Schoenbrunn Palace and grounds, and also to a couple of U-bahn stations, so getting to the central city is no problem. We were warm and comfortable. As we had booked online and paid the deposit by credit card, we were not aware that the balance of our account had to be paid in cash and when we arrived - so be warned to bring sufficient funds with you or else you will need to go to an ATM! We would certainly use the apartments were we to visit Vienna again .

Our stay at Benina was excellent. The apartment is very nice and every little detail to make our stay comfortable was taken care of. The location is great too, not far from the center and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The owner was very nice and helpful. We would definitively recommend it!

The flat is beautifully decorated with such details that feels just like home. The kitchen is equiped with everything you might need. The bed is also very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.
The location is a okay, short walk to the metro and a short ride to city. There are supermarkets and restaurants around the corner.

This apartment was extremely nice to stay in. The building is in need of restoration because it is quite beautiful: lovely stained glass and wrought iron-work on the doors, and the plaster work is also very good, though in need of some work.
The flat itself is modern, nicely decorated, extremely well appointed, and the landlord was very helpful.
There is relatively easy access to metro lines (ten minutes), shops and the tourist parts of the city. It is also very close to Schonbrun Palace, which is an major tourist destination. The flat itself was quite spacious.
One difficulty is that it is two flights up and there is no lift. Having said that, I would not hesitate to reccomend this apartment.

The apartment is one room that's decent size for two people and it has a kitchen with stoves, fridge, microwave, oven, glasses, plates, utensils, pan, and pretty much everything you need to make a meal. It also has its own shower, toilet, and several towels. The place also offers free wifi and has a television. The place is very clean overall and the owner of the place is very friendly and helpful. There are many places to park on the street below for those who drives.
A really lovely apartment which has been beautifully renovated in a large apartment block. The bathroom in our apartment was large, the kitchen was fully equipped, and all spotlessly clean. An ideal place to stay for couples, very close to the park and Palace Schönbrunn. The host was very friendly and helpful, and arranged to transfer us to the airport as well as helping carry our bags up the stairs as there is no lift.
I would definitely recommend this place to stay

A lovely apartment with all the amenities you would expect. The host was very friendly and helpful. He was also very prompt for the airport pickup. The public transport system in Vienna is very good and this apartment is well loctaed to access it. The large supermarket around the corner was also very convenient. The only negative was the apartment being on the second floor with only stair access, but the host helped us with our heavy luggage so this was no real issue.
We would definitely stay here again.
