Gli appartamenti sono situati nel centro città in una casa tipica viennese. La posizione in una strada piccola senza trafico é calma e secura. Ci mette solo 3 minuti a piedi per aggiungere alla stazione di Vienna ovest, il metro, il tram e il famoso centro commerciale, la 'Mariahilfer Strasse'.
Con la suburbana 'U3' ci vuole solo 10 minuti per aggiungere a la piazza Sto. Stefano, con la 'U6/U4' 10 minuti al castello di 'Schönbrunn'.
Una posizione ideale per tutti chi viaggiano per affari o privati, chi vogliano vivere favorévole e con tutti i còmodi, faccendo i suoi affari o godendo le curiosità de la cità.
Nel HappyHostel lei trova una atmosfera personale, tranquilla e privata con le tutte facilita di un appartamento privato.
Il appartamento contiene una cucina completa, bagno/doccia/WC e TV. Per la lavatrice, la seccatrice e il telefono/fax si paga una tassa simbolica. L'accesso all'Internet e gratúito.
Colazione e bevande nella nostra caffetteria.
In caso di pagamento con carta di credito verrà addebitato un ulteriore 2%.

Condizioni
1) The estimated arrival time must be notified to us
(24 hours system. Exemple: 11:00am = 11:00, 11:00pm = 23:00)!
2) If the actual arrival time will be more then five hours later, it is requested to call or to inform us by e-mail, otherwise the room become available for other guests.
3) Cancellation minimum 24 hours prior to arrival day. For group bookings it is 72 hours.
In case of to late cancellation or no show we charge the amount for the first night.
In case of no show of group bookings we charge for every night we could not rent the rooms to other people.
4) No smoking in the apartments, rooms and common areas.
5) Paying by EC- credit or debit card we charge 2 % for the service.

A bit shabby but clean, near Westbahnhof and a bit away from the big road so it was fairly quiet. Lovely staff and free internet. It is nice that the hostel is divided into apartments, so that you are sharing a kitchen / bathroom facilities with only a few other people.

good hostel, most of the staff were quite warm and helpful. Besides the location was quite convenient for travel.

Positive: Staff are friendly, sheets are clean, location is 3 minutes walking from Vienna West Station and Metro lines.
Negative: Furniture is of poor quality.

We have stayed in HappyHostel - Vienna in October 2009 for 4 nights.
Everything is OK, we had a good room, normal bathroom, clean kithchen. One of the advantages is free Internet on the reception. Location is near the centre of Vienna. People on the reception are friendly and polite.
And of course the accomodation is very cheap (22 Euro pro person/day).
But there are some disadvantages:
The "double"-bed is too small for 2 persons, and it is not new (it is very loud). The walls are not so clean as they may be.
