We are Adepta Yoga Hostel, a thematic hostel that provides a harmonic atmosphere. We receive people from all around the world who wants to enjoy this unique experience with us. And you can also experience yoga classes with our instructors. We are located in Rio de Janeiro, Barra da Tijuca. Near to the beach and to the most famous shoppings, you can find everything you need in this neighborhood!

Adepta Yoga Hostel was created to Yoga lovers or people who wants to experience a thematic hostel who has it all on confort. We are always interested on new stories, and not only Yoga theme, but all travellers stories from different countries!

Here you can find nice beds, clean and confortable rooms, a modern and equiped kitchen where you can prepare your own meal, not to mention a perfect breakfast to start your day full of energy! For those who wants to practice on your own way, we have a Yoga room prepared for it, and for no additional cost. If you want to have a real class you can ask our instructors to help, for a minimum cost. Internet ( wi-fi) wireless free for all the guests !!!

Adepta Yoga Hostel has three dorms types available - 6 beds in each, and can sleep a total of 18 people. We have mixed or feminine rooms.

Bed sheets are provided and all rooms come with security lockers, bathrooms with hot showers.

From the airport:

- By bus: there are buses that comes to Barra da Tijuca to the final terminal bus (called Alvorada). This is the blue Bus.

- By taxi: ask for Barra da Tijuca, thru `Linha Amarela` highway.
