'Bed in Monteverde', è un appartamento vacanza a pochi passi dal più grande parco di Roma dove passeggiate, pic-nic e sport sono le attività diffuse nella zona per la presenza di Villa Pamphili. Con i mezzi pubblici (tram e bus) è velocemente e assiduamente collegato a Trastevere ed al Vaticano. Luminoso con un balcone al secondo piano con ascensore è in una zona tranquilla ma servita da negozi, ristoranti, bar, supermercati e mercati.

Due camere da letto matrimoniali (possono esser affittate indipendentemente) con letti aggiunti, che condividono, una cucina attrezzata ed un bagno con vasca.

Dotazioni: Internet dsl, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, cucina con forno, macchina espresso, frigorifero con freezer, riscaldamento, ventilatori ...

Cleaning fee EUR40 is paid on arrival in cash.

IMPORTANT: We don t keep a reception desk in order to keep our rates so low! Check-in time is on appointment and complaining or bad reviews because of this will be not accepted because the building manager will wait for one hour maximum at the time declared by the guest. In case of no show, no noticed delays (by phone or by email) will be extra charged and waiting hours will be charged on the guest's credit card for EUR35/hour, for a maximum of 4 hours. After 10PM the cost of the late check-in service has to be booked and paid in advance: EUR35 till midnight and EUR50 after midnight, always on appointment.
Payments are accepted on arrival in cash only. On request it is possible to pay by bank or by paypal in advance. Manager contact ph for your check-in is +39 328 7845614.

A deposit or full payment by credit/debit card or PayPal is needed to confirm the booking and by paying this, you are entering into a contract and accepting our booking conditions. The hotel may require payment in full in advance in some cases.

On arrival, cash will be required for the balance. Any outstanding charges will be debited on departure: extra cleaning services, damages, losses.

Rooms may not be ready until h1.00PM on arrival. Check out time is h10AM and late departures will be charged for. In order to check-in after 10PM the guest need to book the late check-in service and the costs is published as other rates.

Cancellations must be received in writing and the deposit will not be returned.
Cancellation within 48hrs from the check-in date or no-show will grant us to charge the total sojourn rate.

Fully prepaid rates are not refundable after cancellation whenever it is done.

Amendments regarding a booking can be agreed when possible.

Behavior of guests should not be excessive or rowdy, and must not cause annoyance, distress or embarrassment to staff or fellow guests. Offensive or illegal behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to recover from the person making the booking any discretionary compensation payment, or discount, that we may have to pay to any other guests, as a result of your actions, or a member of your party. This includes damage to the apartment building, fixtures, fittings and flood damage.

Access to the property is limited to the only registered guests, and it is forbidden the stay or the visit of third persons.

Failure to comply with any of the booking conditions may result in the party being asked to leave immediately, if in our sole discretion, we feel the conditions have been infringed. The account will be due in full and no refunds will be given in these circumstances.

Improvements, maintenance and changes to the apartments facilities and grounds take place throughout the year. We will always do our best to ensure guests are not inconvenienced. No compensation will be paid if a facility is not available, but we will do our best to provide a suitable alternative.

Liability: personal belongings are the responsibility of each member of the party, and items of value can be left in the hotel night safe. We accept no liability whatsoever for any accident, loss or damage to your property unless such loss is due to our negligence. We cannot be held responsible for the failure of public services (e.g. water, gas, electricity etc) or for any disturbance that is beyond our control. In all cases, except personal injury or death, our liability to you for the total of all claims arising out of your holiday with us is limited to the cost of the booking.

Smoking is not allowed in any part of the apartment, including all the bedrooms. If this ban is ignored, a deep cleaning charge of 100 per room will be made. If the next occupant refuses to accept the room, you will be liable for the cost of the alternative accommodation as well.

Cars are parked at owners' risk in the street or in the parking place if available.

Special offers cannot be used in conjunction with other sales and are always subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice at any time. If the conditions are not fully met, then the standard tariff will apply. See the website for details of all the offers, and additional information, which will be updated throughout the year.

Prices are correct at the time of publication but may change without notice with the exception of confirmed bookings. Confirmed bookings will not alter other than to reflect any changes in tax.

We reserve the right to refuse any booking and refund immediately the deposit
