Sam Rooms è una soluzione perfetta per tutti i turisti interessati a visitare Roma e stare nel centro della città. L'affittacamere è situata a 10-15 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo e 300 metri della Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano e da soltanto tre fermate di metropolitana dalla Stazione Termini.
Ci troviamo in una delle più sicure zone di Roma, dove si può passeggiare senza paura ad ogni ora. Inutile dirvi che vi offriamo tutti i servizi necessari per sentirvi a vostro agio a Roma. Possiamo aiutarvi ad organizzare le uscite ed gli itinerari, a fare le prenotazioni al teatro, al ristorante, all'Opera ed a avere a disposizione il taxi per andare all'aeroporto. Possiamo anche raccomandarvi degli alberghi, B&B in Firenze e nelle Cinque Terre (Liguria).Un garaga custodito ( che ha un altra gestione però ) si trova a pochi passi (a Roma è sempre difficile trovare parcheggio in centro!) ed i supermercati non scarseggiano in zona

The staff of SAM ROOMS take this opportunity to welcome and invite you to make full use of our facilities. The management requests that guests kindly observe these rules and hopes that your stay with us will be an enjoyable one. In the event that any of the following rules are violated, we reserve the right to terminate a guest's stay.
Check out time is 10:00 am therefore we ask that you respect this time. Upon check out please leave the keys in the door, inside the room. We can't storage any luggage after the check out.
If you want your room touched up, please leave the room by 10:00 am; the cleaning lady works from 10:00 am to 12 noon. (No obligation)
Not to use the guest room for purposes other than sleeping , eating and drinking.
Not to have visitors and do not smoke in the room, hallways or lobby.
Not to move furniture from fixed positions and not to alter or rearrange the fixtures in the room without our permission.
Not to annoy other guests by making loud noises between 10 pm and 9 am, and since this is a residential building, please be considerate to tenants and keep quite in the hallways or lobby.
Not to leave your belongings in the lobby or the hallway at any time and upon check out please take your baggage with you as we do not provide storage. You can store you belongings at Termini station, track 22, from 5.15 am to 2 am. Articles left behind and unreported will be disposed by management in accordance with established regulations.
Minors are not allowed to stay in this guest house without the consent of their parents or guardians. We wishes to Thank You for your cooperation in the above matter and hopes that your stay with us will be pleasant.

Our Guest Houses is only 15 minutes walk from Termini Train Station.
Exit at metro Manzoni the second stop from the train station.
Sam Rooms is at the street number 233.
From Fiumicino Airport
If you decide for the train you will take it at the airport terminal heading to Termini Station. From Termini you can get the underground Line A - direction Anagnina and get off at MANZONI station (only two stops from Termini). At Manzoni you take the exit Emanuele Filiberto and walk around 200 meters to get to Sam Rooms.
We can also arrange private pick up service from the airport.
From Ciampino Airport
Take the Cotral bus service to Metro station Anagnina. Depart by Metro to Manzoni Station.
WE CAN ALSO ARRANGE PRIVATE PICK UP SERVICE FROM AND TO THE BOTH AIRPORTS. !
Please be informed that metro line A starts at 5 AM and closes at 9 PM.
Taxi
Only take an official taxi with a meter. The rate from Termini Station to Sam Rooms is about 10 to 12 , depending on baggage and number of people.
