Note:

- Se si desidera modificare o annullare la prenotazione necessario inviare una richiesta scritta via e-mail. Le cancellazioni o le modifiche non sono accettate via telefono. Nel caso abbiate bisogno di cancellare la prenotazione e per evitare di essere addebitati per la prima notte di soggiorno, necessario inviare la notifica di cancellazione per iscritto, prima di 13:30 (CET), 24 ore prima della data di arrivo. Ogni modifica o la cancellazione sar riconfermata via email.

- Abbiamo un'et massima di 40 anni. Ci riserviamo il diritto di annullare tutte le prenotazioni e di addebitare il costo per il una notte come penale in ritardo, se tali restrizioni non sono rispettate.

Abbiamo una limitazione di et minima 18 anni. Persone di 16 anni non sono accettate. Persone di 17 anni possono stare con noi con qualcuno maggiorenne o se hanno anche permesso scritto di un genitore o un tutore che autorizza Ci riserviamo il diritto di annullare tutte le prenotazioni e di addebitare il costo per una notte come penale in ritardo, se tali restrizioni non sono stati rispettati

Condizioni

Please note that we only accept guests between the ages of 18 and 40. People aged 16 and under cannot stay with us. Guests aged 17 must be accompanied by another guest aged 18 or older and have written permission from a parent or legal guardian authorising the older guest to act as guardian for the duration of their time abroad. This must be given to reception upon check-in. Please read our confirmation email for more details. Guests aged 40 or older must stay in a private room. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings and charge the amount for the first night as a late cancellation fee if these restrictions have not been respected.

Example of the permission letter: ' As the legal guardian of .... (your name), I .......... (parent's/legal guardian's name), authorize and give my permission to .............. (one of your 18y.o friend's name) to act as a guardian for the duration of time abroad. I authorize my daughter/son ............... (your name) to stay at The Yellow hostel in Rome, Italy.'
We are unable to send or fax letters of any kind for visa document applications to embassies and/or consulates.
A Rome City Tax of 2 per person per night is not included in the rates and shall be added to your balance, payable by cash.
Check-in: 1.30pm til late. Check-out: 10am. Youre welcome to leave your luggage with us on check-out day, free of charge.
Remember that you will not be able to check in unless the booking has been made under your name or if you are together with the person who has made the booking. If you need to check in earlier than the person who has made the booking please ask them to advise us via email well in advance.
A valid ID or a valid passport is required at check-in.
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
There is a 2 deposit per person for keys, payable in cash and refundable upon return of the keys.
For bookings of two or more guests well try our best to put everyone in the same room but we cant guarantee it.
We have a 24hr cancellation policy. Cancellations must be received by email by 1.30pm (CET) the day before your arrival date. We dont accept cancellations or changes via phone. Only when you receive a reply with the confirmation of your cancellation or change can you be sure that your request has been processed and what the final outcome is.
