Having read some negative reviews i wasn't sure whether this was the right place for me- but booked it regardless and am glad i did. Amazing staff who went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us to find some lost property at another location. They lent us umbrellas when it rained, they greeted us with big smiles and remembered our room when we came back in. The room was a little bit on the small side but the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was similar to that of one on a boat but it's private unlike in the Ryokan's.
I highly recommend this as a convenient and clean place to lay your head when out discovering Tokyo!

My family and I had a very unpleasant experience stay in this hotel. We were originally booked to stay for 4 nights but ended up just staying for 1 night only. There were so many factors of this hotel which had marred our otherwise wonderful and enjoyable stay in Japan. I has made several accommodation bookings via traveller points namely, Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Yudanaka. Every one of them in these cities had been to our satisfaction except for this one.
I wish to lodge a formal complain about this hotel.
