Irmgard1 Many families with children (mostly Italian) and a nice atmosphere. Although our tent was very close to the party-area/ stage-area our kids had no problem to fall asleep happily (after the "candy-dance", of course - "bravi bimbi!!!") and from midnight it was absolutely quiet on the campsite. Don`t go there if you don`t like cicadas (dead or alive...) or the sound they make. The shop supplies everything you could think of and the pizzas in the pizzeria are quite nice. Toilets and showers are pretty clean and there is a seperate toilet-/shower-area for kids, which our daughters appreciated very much. The beach is just a short walk away (ca. 10 Minutes from the campsite-entrance) and great with kids. Very clean sandy beach and the water is flat for quite a distance. The campsite was a great "base-camp" for the day-trips we did - with kids you HAVE to go to Carapax (European Center for Conservation of Turtles and Storks) near Massa Marittima and to the Tarot-Garden of Niki de Saint-Phalle near Capalbio. Absolutely worth it!!!
