l.keggin during two months of travelling, my 8 night stay ( extended from 6!) was the highlight , and the best place i have stayed! Fattoria di cavaglioni is an amazing place to be, surrounded by beautiful tuscan countryside , but within a short bus ride of siena. It was perfect!!!! the atmosphere in the fattoria is like no other, you are guaranteed a warm welcome and will instantly feel at home. I miss it so much i want to go back ! ---Thank you for a wonderful time in siena!!!!

Jskahen I easily found the place not 1 minute's walk from the Piazza Del Campo in a quite section of Siena. The host was incredibly helpful as he tutored us on il Palio as we came the day of the July race. He then directed us to a market a few minutes walk away and brought back to our apartment a delicious lunch of cheeses, wine, bread, and chocolate. The apartements were awesome. A small entry hall, a bedroom overlooking the street. A bathroom w/ shower, and a small kitchen/ dining area w/ a spare bed. It was way more than we could of hoped for and made for an excellent trip to Siena.
