sensevise Gianni himself is quite friendly and approachable. The room was very nice, with a good balcony. The shower head needs to be replaced, as water goes in all directions. The terrace cooking facilities are handy, but can get a bit crowded at meal times. We found we had to stagger our meals by about an hour and a half. Sometimes the staff (not Gianni) get a bit drunk at night. The location is great, with beaches, supermarket and bus stop all very close by, but there's a lot of noise from the scooter repair shop downstairs and a few barking dogs around. Good WI-FI, but the higher up in the building you go the worse the signal gets, as there's only one wireless router on the ground floor. You can go out on the balcony and get reception there if it's not working in the room.

borut.smre We were two familier there. Very clean. The host Vincenzo was very kind and has very good feeling when to leave guests alone and when and to what extend to communicate. Warmly recommended.
cgglennon Very friendly and helpfull staff. Italian only T.V. of no use but the hotel advertises Sky which we could not get. Delighted with balcony and bedroom. Nice breakfast but bar at night not great. Enjoyed our stay and would recomend this hotel.

szepesiz The appartmant is Ok if you are expecting something simple but correct. Breakfast is rather simplified. Good location for north side of Etna, not much tourist. Not much to do in the evening don't expect many restaurant in the area especially mid season.
