sophie2402 Very nice place to stay! Clean, friendly, perfect location. Do take some earplugs since Venice center can be a bit noisy and the walls aren't too thick.
deseis15 We stayed here for three nights in august. The B&B is a little difficult to find for the first time, but with the directions from Andrea ( the owner) and when you pay attention to the housenumbers, you must be able to get there. The room was very nice, just redone and very clean. We had our own bathroom, which was immaculate. No air conditioning or fan (yet), but will be soon as we understood. Breakfast is good, not much variation, but enough choice (yoghurt, fruit, bread and jam, different kinds of tea/coffee) and is served in the nice garden. Location is perfect, right around the corner of the Strada Nuova(shopping street), and a 5 minute walk from the Rialto bridge and Fondament Nuove ( vaporetto to Murano and Lido). It's possible to leave your luggage at the B&B on your exit day( you must leave the room at 11:00). The owners are very friendly and we could even use their fridge to cool our drinks, for when we wanted to sit in the garden in the evening, because there is no mini-bar/fridge in the room. We would certainly return if we planned another trip to Venice.

nnn Just wonderful! The hostess is very friendly and kind. The room is very tidy and clean. If I visit Venezia again, I will definitely stay there.
burdickkm Perfect place to stay when you're on the go. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was also very clean. The hosts were incredibly nice and accommodating, even allowing me to stow my luggage after checking out so I could spend more time exploring. Location is great - just two blocks from Cantina Do Mori and the Rialto.
