Waterfront B & B offers a quaint and cosy twin room located on a quiet canal near the famous Jordaan area of Amsterdam.
We are a spotlessly clean, friendly, family run establishment and we speak 4 European languages.
The bed and breakfast is located within walking distances of all the places of interest such as Anne Frank's House which is 10 minute walking distance away. 4 tram stops away is the Van Gogh Museum.
Our twin room has private entrance, private bathroom with shower, cable TV, DVD and tea/coffee making facilities. The area is very safe, very quiet and there are more boats passing by than cars!
Price includes a great continental breakfast.
**Please note: At the accommodation guests will have to pay a tourist tax of euro 1,50 per person per night.**

A very clean and comfortably appartement with an individual pretty note. The service was very personally and excellent. It is located in a quiet and nice district of amsterdam, the inner city circle of old amsterdam could be reached very shortly.
We would stay at once a second time and can also recommend this appartement to everyone else.
Ein sehr sauberes und gemütlich eingerichtetes Appartement, mit allem was man braucht. Der Service war sehr persönlich und top, die Lage war eine gute Kombination aus Ruhe und Beschaulichkeit und trotzdem ist die Altstadt gut zu Fuss zu erreichen.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

This is a beautuiful little place to stay. Not in the centre but only 20 mins walk to central station and once you know to get a number 10 tram, that drops you at the bridge, it's a doddle.
Vera met us at the door and made sure the taxi driver did not over charge us.
You have your own door from the street into your room. In the room are very comfortable twin beds, a wardrobe, table and chairs, a small fridge, kettle and toaster with an assortment of teas and coffees, tv and dvd player there are some dvds supplied in the wardrobe. The bathroom is very groovyily tiled, completely, in black and white tiles with a freestanding shower. Vera has a range of toiletries in the bathroon as well as a hairdryer.
Breakfast is served at a time choosen by yourself. Vera makes up a tray and delivers it to your room each morning. We had a range of breads, cheeses, boiled and scrambled eggs, yoghurts, fruit and orange juice. Fabulously delicious.
All in all we had a very enjoyable stay in Jacob Catskade, the canal is right outside your door, Vera is lovely and very helpful.
I would easily recommend this property.

A very nice B&B located close to the Jordaan area.
Room is clean and comfortable and most of all, the area is peacefull without the typical noise coming from the streets of the center of the city. 15 minutes walk from Amsterrdam Central Station.
