We are in the Flat Iron district - one of New York's hottest neighborhoods. Ideal if you want to be in the heart of Silicon Alley or near Midtown just 15 minutes walking distance from Empire State Building, the Village, the photo district, Toy Center, or where all the hippest restaurants and clubs are located.

All rooms include refrigerator, safe, color TV with basic cable, telephone with voice mail, air conditioning. Ironing and hair-dryer appliances are available free of charge upon request at the front desk.

The lobby is well secured with 24-hour video surveillance.

Guest rooms have one double bed, room is private and you share bath with only one other room next door.
