It also has the advantage of being located on the 4th floor of a building, and removed from the bustle of the street below.

Check in before 13:00 or after 21:00 (if possible): 40€

Check out between 13:00 and 19:00 (if possible): 50€

Security deposit (returned on checkout if there are no damages during stay) : 200€

Total amount to be paid in cash on arrival to the apartment.
