Fully-equipped kitchen use included in the price. Common bathroom, with windows, bathtub and shower. The apartment is further endowed with a balcony, with beautiful overlooks onto the green and hills of Fiesole, where it is possible to hang out the laundry and smoke (which is not allowed inside the house).

It is located on the fourth and last floor (without an elevator - but you can count on our help with your luggage and the steps are easy) of a building of the 1900s. It has been finely restored with parquet in every room, double pane windows, armored door, ... Parking on request.
