This youth hostel was good, not the best. They provide most of what we need, from bicycle renting to laundry. There was a bathroom in the 6 beds room. However, the location was not as good as I expected. Even though it's very close to the lake, but the lake was huge, and the south part isn't really the center of attraction. During my stay there, the air-con wasn't working well, have no idea about the other rooms. Overall, still had a nice stay there

Facilities were excellent and the staff were particularly helpful with things to do and places to go. They knew Hangzhou very well. Hostel within short walking distance of the south side of the lake. Rooms were clean and neat. Highly recommended for anyone wishing to visit Hangzhou. Hostel also had bikes to rent for riding around the lake - something that is worthwhile doing. Hostel does extremely well in providing comfortable and homely feel - especially in the middle of winter.
