Located in a secure, safe location and building. A renovated NYC Jr. one bedroom. The bedroom is large enough to place four bunkbeds; we only placed four single beds. A kitchen and bathroom, with a small dining nook, alcove, waiting room or sitting area.

The bathroom has a bathtub and shower.

The bedroom has a white ceiling fan, with a gold chain for the fan and a silver chain rapped around a silky red ribbon for the light. The apartment is mostly sunny white/off white, with freshly renovated hardwood floors and 18th ft. ceilings.

Bathtub/Shower/toilet facilities in Apartment not room. Linen, bath towels, wash towels, computer with internet assess, DVD, HDTV, blanket, over 80 (must read) books in library included & for another $5.00 each breakfast with coffee or tea. $33.00 per bed $132.00 for the entire Apartment.

This apartment is great for a family, private group of four who prefer a more private and homely atmosphere. We are constantly adding, remolding and upgrading the apartment. Because of that fact, it is much more fastidious than our initial non-professional pictures.

The super's office is less than 15ft. from your door and much of the time he/she is there. The apartment is conveniently located on the first floor with a double door entrance, which provide you with a grand Roman Empire Marble entrance.

Private Quarters Apartment now has HDTV, a computer with wi-fi, a DVD player, two white elegant sitting chairs and a library consisting of over 80 must read books.
