All reservations for less than 5 nights during low season, and less than 7 nights during high or holiday season are subject to a short stay cleaning fee; This fee varies depending on the accommodation.

2 BR Condo/Townhome $60 + 13% tax, 3 BR condo/Townhome $70 +13% tax, 4 BR condo/Townhome $80 + 13% tax, 3 BR Pool home $75 + 13% tax, 4 BR Pool home $85 + 13% tax, 5 BR Pool Home $95 + 13% tax, 6 BR Pool Home $105 + 13% tax, 7 BR Pool Home $120 + 13% tax. Cancellations or changes made after check-in on 12/21/2010 through January 2, 2011 are subject to a 100% charge.

Pool homes do not share access to community pools. Please be advised that pool heating and spas are optional and subject to availability. The request must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Not all homes are equipped with pool heaters nor have spas or are pet friendly. Some of our homes are equipped with gas heaters and others with electric heaters. Electric heaters take much longer to reach the desire temperature than a gas heater. The daily fee for an electric heater is $35 plus 13% tax and $45 +13% tax for a gas heater. Request for heaters require a minimum of 3 nights or more.
