The new kid on the block! is a good location for any traveller planning to visit Amsterdam.

We are located in a vibrant neighbourhood with several top quality restaurants, enjoyable bars, various shops, nice park and a coffee shop. Amsterdam Holiday rooms is only 10 minutes away from several famous Dutch locations, such as the Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum, Holland Casino, Heineken museum and the entertainment area: Leidse Square. Leidse Square is well known for its fashionable clubs, pubs and cafes.

Amsterdam Park Holiday Rooms is located in a historical mansion, which was designed by the same architect of Amsterdam Central Station.

We offer comfortable rooms of 45 m furnished with a double bed(s), closet, TV, your own refrigerator, free wireless internet, private toilet, personal room key, sofa and a free city map of Amsterdam. There is not curfew as you have 24/7 access with your own key.

We accept only Cash upon arrival.

Great location near the park and tram stop.
The only issue was the cleanliness: dust tumbleweeds everywhere.
But generally ok.

Good value for money, as regards to cleanliness there was dust on many of the surfaces,not good for hay fever sufferers, otherwize OK

The room was huge!!! and beautiful! (wood floors, paintings on the wall) The owners (although I could not figure out who was who) were so friendly and helpful. it is a very independent type of a stay, you get a key and are on your own, yet when i needed extra heating they turned the heat on, left us toilet paper and showed us the city with maps etc. the beds were huge, queen sized easily for two people and the blankets were clean and kept us warm. the only complaint i had was the bathroom. perhaps it was because we are 4, 20 year old girls it was difficult and quit small the shower easily ran water into the rest of the bathroom, but it was clean and very workable. the place included a kitchen, small fridge, table, extra chairs, closets etc. it was great! i would definitely recommend it and go again, it is just cold in amsterdam (duh) so i would emphasize using the heaters.
