Cosy and convenient studio or one-bedroom apartments in Paris centrally located in the Bastille area, 2 minutes from Ledru Rollin metro. Five minutes walk from the famous Place de La Bastille.

We have 6 apartments in the same building: four studios for 3 persons and one-bedroom apartment for 4 persons.

All apartments are very centrally located, just 5 minutes from Place de la Bastille and 2 minutes from the metro station, with several supermarkets around.

5 studios for 3 people without elevator :

18 sqm, 6th floor, 24 euros per pax /night

20 sqm, 6th floor, 25 euros per pax /night

20 sqm, 4th floor, 27 euros per pax /night

18 sqm, 3nd floor, 28.5 euros per pax /night

22 sqm, 2th floor, 29 euros per pax /night

1 one bedroom apartment for 4 people (35sq2, 2nd floor without elevator)

All apartments are strictly non-smoking and are fully equipped with all the comfort you need for your stay. Please read carefully the descriptions of each apartment and verify before confirming the reservation that you have chosen the right one.

It is strongly recommended that you get in contact with us after your booking and inform us of the exact time when you will arrive at the airport / train station / by car in Paris. Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to your arrival date, failure to do so will lead to deduction of the total amount of your stay.

Please feel free to contact us if you wish to have an early check-in or a late check-out.

In order to have a prompt check-in, it is very important that you give us a call as soon as you arrive at the airport /train station in Paris so that we can arrange for a meeting time.

When you are in front of the building, you will not see any sign or logo for the apartments because we are not hotels.

Arriving clients can drop their luggage in the apartment starting from 1 pm. If you'd like to drop your luggage earlier than 1 pm or departing customers which have a late flight/train to catch: In both cases, please do let us know ahead of time.

Baby cots and high chairs are possible, contact us ASAP to reserve.

We are happy to recommend nice restaurants, sightseeing places and anything else, just ask!

Included in all apartments:

Kitchenette for self-catering: electrical cookers, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, bottle opener, fridge, cookware and tableware.

Living room for relax and fun: closet, dining table and chairs, flat-screen TV, computer with wi-fi, wi-fi for your own computer.

Cosy, warm, nicely decorated and fully equipped.

Private bathroom: toilet, shower, hair-dryer.

Towels and linens are furnished without surcharge.

About Studios for 3 people:

Non-smoking apartment, Ideal for a couple or 3 pals (queen size sofa bed + single sofa bed)

Cosy, warm, nicely decorated and fully equipped.

About one-bedroom Apartments for 4:

Non-smoking apartment, very compact and functional, ideal for families of 4 or parents travelling with children.

One queen sized bed in the bedroom and Double sofa bed in the living room

It brings you without changing to: Bastille, Republique, Grands Boulevard (Printemps/Galeries Lafayette), Concorde, Ecole Militaire (Eiffel Tower). (Changing in Bastille or Republique brings you almost everywhere!)

Place de la Bastille, Saint Paul/Marais, Hotel de Ville, Rue Rivoli, Pont-Neuf, Musée du Louvre.
