Originally established in the early 1960s in the heart of Riomaggiore village, in the national park of the 5 Terre.These lodgings were renovated and re-opened in 2004.
They are our most recently acquired rooms and have allowed us to bridge the gap between our various accommodations, providing an economical but at the same time pleasant option, with quiet rooms situated in the center of town.
Each room can accommodate up to 2 people and is equipped with either private or shared bathrooms with shower. The price includes linens, towels and final maid service. 'Hotel Service', which includes breakfast and daily maid service, is also available for an additional sum.
72 hrs cancellation policy, check in 2pm till 9.30pm, breakfast inclusive, no Amex accepted

The hotel was very cosy and clean. The village it is located in is excellent. Has the small village charm, but is lively enough that restaurants are open reasonably late. The reception area of the hotel was quite far up the hill so it took some effort to drag our bags up the steep road. Our room was luckily further down the slope but there were many steep, winding steps up to the actual room. Thankfully, one of the staff members kindly carried our bags all the way up. Getting them back down in the end took some effort but we were prepared for that. The path up to the room was also quite dimly lit (as expected in a small town). It may take some effort to remember exactly which way to go. Everything was very clean, including the bathroom although there was a slight funky odour to the bathroom that seemed to waft up from the toilet bowl. Our bathroom was separate from our room but private (i.e. for our exclusive use only), so that was not a problem. The only complaint was that the sheets were quite thin and it got quite cold with the air conditioning on. We couldn't leave the windows open at night due to the mosquitoes. There were blankets in the closet that were quite worn and we felt uneasy using them. There also was only 1 clothes hanger in the closet and no hooks in the actual room. Breakfast was typical Italian, with various types of coffee made to order, pastries, bread, cereal, yogurt, ham & cheese. Decent enough but nothing fancy...and the breakfast rooms (there were 2) felt a little bit dark & cramped but served its basic purpose well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Ca dei Lisci!

The location, the staff, the breakfast was excellent! The room was neat and clean and the staff was really friendly. And for breakfast, there were delicious croussants, juice, cakes, cereal...etc. Very good!
We did have a room that had a shared bathroom but it wasn't a problem at all. The people in the other room that shared the bathroom never crossed paths with us. Also the room and the bathroom were always very very clean.
There's not much to these rooms, but for Cinque Terra...this was a great place!

The room was small but comfortable and conveniently located. Instead of a double bed there were two single beds pushed together, which was okay except that the one had very rickety legs. The shared bathroom had a shower curtain that was several inches too short so the bathroom floor flooded whenever anyone showered. The mini-extractor fan was not up to the task, so there was permanent mildew on the bathroom walls and the door was swollen so it made a loud scraping noise when anyone tried to open or close it. Breakfast was very nice. Overall the accommodation was okay, but overpriced for what we got (as compared with accommodation we got elsewhere in Italy).
