A family run guest named Sotto il Vulcano lies at the feet of the highest active volcano in Europe, Mt. Etna.The garden of the guest house is scented with jasmine flowers and lit with the bright yellow of the mountain broom bushes, it is a calm ideal place for nature lovers.

The B&B is located in Nicolosi (10 minutes from the A18 Catania Messina highway exit tangenziale Gravina) only fifteen minutes from the center of Catania. Then most interesting sites of eastern Sicily are a few kilometers away (Taormina, Siracusa, Caltagirone,Piazza Armerina).

Our rooms are large and have an independent entrance, Mini-Bar, Private bath and TV, Heating and Air conditioning, hairdryer, Car park inside the villa and private garden. In our breakfast you will taste the best typical products:honey, biological fruit, cakes,fresh orange juices and so on ...

We can also offer excursions to the top of the volcano Etna, with a reduction of price on the official rates of the Cableway Office, Trekking or mountain bike, ride horse...
