From Thessaloniki Airport head southeast on Choros Anachoriseon toward Pros Thessaloniki, go slightly right at Pros Thessaloniki and there turn slightly right where Pros Thessaloniki becomes Aerodromiou. Take the ramp onto Thessalonikis-Neon Moudanion, then take the ramp to Thessalonikis-Polygyrou and there turn left. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit and stay on Thessalonikis-Polygyrou for 33.7 km.

Turn left at Thessaloniksis-Ierissou and go for another 24.2 km. Continue on Odos Aristotelous and then on Thessaloniksis-Ierissou for 23.7 km. Turn right at Rentinas-Ouranoupolis, go 15.1 km, continue on Vasileos Konstantinou some 500 m, turn right and then left and you will get to Ierissos.
