This beautiful villa is a haven of peace, located in the heart of the valley Hassan II and laying in the middle of a huge olive tree plantation, at less than 10 minutes driving from Jemaa El Fna and the Souks of Marrakech.

Michael and Vincent, the owners, who live in the house, are at your disposal for any help you may need like organizing your staying and/or arranging tours according to your desires (city, mountain, sea, desert, countryside ...).

Our Riad is equipped with 4 A/C double rooms, shower, washbasin and private toilet. A large common dining/living room lounge with stone fireplace, and satellite TV set. A big garden with olive, orange and lemon trees, roses, bougainvillea, honeysuckle and many other kind of plants and fragrant shrubs.

A dining area facing a good size swiming pool. A beautiful terrace with a panoramic view overlooking the Atlas Mountains and the valley Hassan II invits you to enjoy a good mint flavored tea and cakes in its octagonal gazebo.

Breakfasts and lunches are prepared by local little fairies with fresh products from local markets.

Rates are available for one night, a weekend, a week or more for a single guest room or the entire villa. We can accommodate up to 6 people in A/C provided double rooms, and an extra bed can be added each room of this charming house.

The price includes:

• The staff of the villa (a gardener guardian and a maid) at your disposal

• Access to the pool from 10.00 to 20.00

• Breakfast from 8:00 to 11:30 every day changing and arranged in accordance to the market

• Dayly round trip transfer villa / center of the medina,

• Satellite TV,

• DVD reader (with many films available),

• Library and a few games.

We can, with a small supplement, provide you with a cot for your baby, book for you massages and body treatments in our structure or elsewhere, performed by professionals. Organize according to your desire banquet (starter, main course and dessert) or moments of fun with singers, dancers, and musical groups, and reduction of price is possible by choosing half or full board

Marrakech International Airport is 5km south-west of town.

Once you reach the city of Marrakech, you can travel anywhere by taxi. Not only are they very comfortable, but they are also very cheap. There are two types: small - for up to four passengers and large - for up to six. The price is calculated before you start your journey.

Airport-taxi 150 Dirhams during the day and 200 Dirhams during the night (if you arrive during the evening, the change is about 8PM). There is a company that can bring a taxi to your hotel at any time of the day or night and costs the same as taking the taxi in the street. They speak Arabic, French, English and German.
