My wife & I had a very brief stay here, for one night only but it was very comfortable. We had a little difficulty finding the place as we'd arrived in Milano midnight, but it's not that far from the station via subway.

The staff was very polite, friendly & helpful. Our beds were clean & comfy. Breakfast was minimal but just enough, typical of such hostels!

The best thing about this place was the common room - computers, video games, board games, music corner, ping pong table!

All in all, definitely great value for money.

The management of this hostel was very bad. Firstly, i booked a nigh in this hostel through travellerspoint but after that they send me a mail to cancel my booking due to overbooking problem. It would be very unfair for me as i paid a 10% deposit. After that they accepted my booking for a higher price of €35 per night and the rooms was horrible. It was a 40 ppl rooms with no powerpoint source and only 1 central light.

I accepted the offer and they made another mistake by sending me an invoice with a banlance due of €18. However, when i reached the hostel, I was required to pay €70, which is inconsistent with the invoice. All they said was it was a mistake.

In order to have good reputation for your hostel, it's very important to be responsible for all the mistakes that u've done. Once it's ok but not twice.
I do not recommend travellers to stay in this hostel and ruin your whole vacation.

One of hostels with worst rooms I have ever been into.

The central common area isn't really that bad, decent place to sit down, fine kitchen, fairly clean, free internet... but thats all what is good about this hostel.

Rooms are horrid. The dorm rooms are basically one big hall and corridor (yes, there are beds too) separated with cardboard panels (looked like they were probably picked up somewhere in the junkyard), so you have to walk through one 'room' to another. The floor has been cleaned maybe twice since past century, musty walls with stucco falling off. If you want to turn light off, you have to switch off whole floor through electrical fuse. Only few lockers. Sheets seemed pretty clean thought.
One sole electric outlet available for whole hostel isn't really enough. Same goes for bathroom!

Do not trust personnel with anything they 'guarantee' to you. We end up in completely different rooms than we had booked, and even if you are supposed to have separate room only for your group and staff assures you that it will stay that way (and that of course means you pay extra for it), two hours later they do not hesitate to stick other people in it.

If you have some other place to sleep in, stay away from this hostel...

A hostel with a really layback atmosphere, easy to meet new people, nice to sit in the common room to drink a beer or read a book!
The facilities are basic, but okay. It's located near the city center, which for Milan is a real plus!
