Between Cure and Campo di Marte, we offer an apartment of 70 square meters consisting of 4 rooms on two levels, on the second and last floor of bourgeois house of the early twentieth-century (51 steps).

On the floor of arrival: bathroom, kitchen-dining room, living room with TV, Home Theatre and Free Wi-Fi; traditional Tuscany grit floors of early twentieth-century.

In the attic: windowed bathroom with shower, double bedroom, double bedroom / study, small terrace pocket, parquet floors.

The apartment rent is inclusive of linen, and accessories for the home, Wi-Fi and final cleaning.

For stays of 7 nights is included in the price of the apartment a week cleaning with linen change.

The convenient location allows you to reach the downtown by walk (2.5 km) and to take easily public services, bus and train, all of them very close to the apartment.

In a short distance are also available laundry, cinema, pubs, swimming pool, stadium, supermarkets, local market of fresh food and traditional restaurants.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartament but is possible on the terrace.
