Ski Haus is quaint alpine backpacker accommodation based in the heart of National Park Village at the foot of the mountains in the Tongariro National Park; Mt Ruapehu, Mt Tongariro and Mt Ngauruhoe.Ski Haus features 18 alpine themed rooms ranging from 8 bed dorm style rooms to double and family rooms with TV. All of our bathroom facilities are shared.We offer a fully catered package or you are welcome to self cater in our well appointed communal kitchen. With our large friendly informal lounge area you can enjoy a relaxing evening in front of the fire with friends and family or relax in our spa. Other facilities include a drying room, luggage holding facility, internet, laundry facilities and powered van and tent sites (Summer only). Our parking area is large and onsite. Our friendly staff can assist and advise you on booking local activities including Tongariro Alpine Crossing Transport, Back Country Hut Passes, canoe-ing, rafting, horse riding and mountain biking, Ski Haus is a fantastic choice for either single travellers or groups and is available for sole use for families, sports/interest and school groups.
