Surrounded by the beautiful Mount Subasio Park, Agriturismo Casa Nocchia opened in 2004 with its ten acres and is now cultivated with barley and wheat, olives and vines, vegetables and fruits.

Agriturismo Casa Nocchia derives its name from the nuts tree ("nocchie" in the local language), which is a simple but welcome fruit for locals. The guestrooms of the farmhouse want to communicate the hospitality typical of this region. Carefully furnished with simplicity, all four of them are double and en suite.

Breakfast is included and will be served in a nice liberty style dining room. Our traditional pies will be served on a buffet and our organic products like olive oil and wine can be purchased on the premises.

The stunning city of Assisi is just six kilometers away, and the location Costa di Trex is a perfect place to start exploring the most famous cities in Umbria, like Gubbio, Umbertide, Citta' di castello, Perugia, Spello, Foligno, Trevi, Spoleto e Bevagna.
