Karin's apartment is located in the small center of Yerevan in Mashtots Ave. 3-5minutes walk till the Republic Square.

It is One room well repaired, equipped (air conditioner, refrigerator, TV set, hot water 24 hours, telephone), furnished (new furniture, set-cover for 6 persons, etc.) apartment on the second floor of a stone building.

Double bed and a sofa which can be used as a bed.

You can have your separate apartment in Yerevan and be independent.

Please Note:

Minimum Night Stay: 3 nights.

For additional fees (lower than existing in market) could be provided additional services: travelling by car in Armenia with translator, car rent with driver translator, different tours, PC, internet access. Specific services could be discussed on demand.
