It consists of two bedrooms with two single beds each. The bathroom comes with a jacuzzi which you can use it to take a relaxing bubble bath. Also, in the apartment you will find one toilet and a double sink. For your extra guests to use, there is a separate toilet with a sink and shower as well.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, a dish washer, a stove, a kettle and all other utensils to enjoy a tasty meal while sitting around the dining table for six.

Sit on the two single sleeping couches to watch local channels using the flat screen TV in the living room. Two guest can sleep comfortably on them during the night.

The apartment over looks the streets of Amsterdam making this a good choice if you are looking for some exciting action in Amsterdam.

Cancellation policy is 3 days in advance

We accept payment by cash and credit card.

Cleaning Fee - 40 euros

There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.

Late Check In - 30 euros

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.

-Early check in from 10am - 3pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).

-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).

In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
