Graceland Backpackers is a high standard Backpacker at low rates. We provide Free Wi-Fi, Free transport to beaches, restaurants and malls in a 5km radius. We also provide transport from the airport or bus depo's at 50% to 60% cheaper than local taxis. Our rooms are fully equipped with linen and towels as well as an TV. We are situated in a quiet suburb of Durban. A kitchen is available right next to the pool for food preperation. Food and drinks can also be purchased.

Many Visitors use our Backpackers as a base to visit places of interest in the Durban area. Within 30 minutes you can visit the world cup Stadium. Also Ushaka Marine World, Durban city tours, township tours, golf course, snorkeling, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, dolphin watching, horse riding on the beach, harbour cruises, cinemas and many more.

Lounge and Dining area. These 2 rooms with their wooden ceilings have a lot of character and is a popular place for visitors to get to know each other. The lounge has a 87cm TV for those who want to watch sport or a movie with other visitors. Mnet and 1 DSTV channel is available.

Outside is a lovely pool, an outside kitchen for food preperation and a boma where people can visit around the fire.

Graceland Backpackers offer 2 rooms with 2 bunk beds each (sleeping 4 persons each) as well as 1 room with 1 bunk bed (sleeping 2 persons). One room has an on-suite bathroom and the others outside bathrooms.

The rooms are fully equipped with linen, towels, fan, TV and small fridge.

Follow the N2 towards the South Coast. Pass the old Airport on your left. Five kilometers past the Airport as you are going up the hill, you will find a turn-off called “Dickens rd / Umbogintwini”. The following turn-off is “Moss Kolnick Dr / Kwamakutha”. Take the following turn-off called “Adams rd” and proceed to the T-junction. Turn right at the stop sign. Turn right at the first robot. Go over the freeway and turn left at the first robot. Follow this road until you get to a T-junction. (Civic Center is on the left) Turn left into Riverside rd. Take the first street to your right called Ndongeni rd. Follow this road up the hill and turn left at the second road called Bunting Place. Graceland Backpackers is on the right-hand side.
