The ideal place for your visit to Venice! CAMPING SERENISSIMA is only 20mins from the centre of Venice by public transport!
Situated along the Riviera del Brenta on the outskirts of mainland Venice, close to all main roads to town, you will find CAMPING caravanning della SERENISSIMA. The region is noted for its historic villas and is built in a style reflecting the splendor, power and opulence of Venice trough the centuries.
The site covers a level grassed area of 20.000 sq meters, security-fenced and well-shaded by trees. There is easy-access to the SS 11 highway. A special feature of CAMPING SERENISSIMA is its close proximity (literally from outside the front entrance) to a regular half-hourly bus-service to Venice (until midnight!) at the cost of €1.30! You can therefore forget all about parking problems and costs.

Finally it\'s possible to rent bicycles to cross the cycle itineraries along the Riviera of the Brenta.
CAMPING SERENISSIMA offers you different solutions of lodging in mobilhome, cabins or bungalow:
MOBILEHOMES TWIN: a room two single beds/double bed and a bathroom (wc, washbasin, shower and hot water)
MOBILEHOMES QUADRUPLE: a room with two single beds, a room with a double bed and a bathroom (wc, washbasin, shower and hot water)
MOBILEHOMES TRIPLE : a room with a double bed and a single bed, and a bathroom (wc, washbasin, shower and hot water)
CABINS TWIN with two single beds and BUNGALOWS TRIPLE or QUADRUPLE with two bunk beds: Simple and cheap accommodation without bathroom.
The daily price including bed sheets, parking of the car and cleaning of departure.
FROM AUGUST 24th 2011 the city of Venice apply a New TOURIST TAX for visitors staying overnight (€ 0,18 per person, per night)

This camping is amazing, one of the most beautiful I've seen:
-It's full of trees, smells nice, surrounded by villas; quiet
-Facilities include always clean toilets, showers, separate sinks for clothes and dishes. Water is drinkable.
-A kitchen for everyone's use, complete with oven, microwave, sink, fridge and dishwasher
-Mini market
-Pizzeria with just slightly more expensive prices than Venice
-Bus stop just outside that takes you straight to Piazzale Roma in Venice, in about 20 min.
-Cheapest accomodation (10 euro per night) for bungalows. Note: It is a bit hot inside. You can also camp with your tent for 9 euro per tent/night and 6 euro per person or something like that

If you are looking for a quiet, cheap and nice place to stay in Venice, this is your place !! I was in a bungalow and it was pefect, bus every 15min. to Venice, and a very good service.

It is a nice camp site, however a lot of bugs smashed inside the bungalow, which were not cleaned before we went in. the rest is ok...
Don't forget to get a spray with you, inorder to prevent bites from Mosquitos since there are many around.

Nice place to stay just for 1 night, very close to Venice by bus (20 min). Cabins are clean enough ;-) but very, very small and hot during a night, we had to have the door wide open to fall asleep since open window is not enough.........a lot of mosquitos, an insect repellent is a must.

Great place to stay. The staff are all very friendly and there is everything you need at the campsite, including a bar, restaurant, shops and laundry area. Stayed in one of the chalets which was very clean and cosy. Only criticism is that it is about a half hour bus ride out of Venice and it isn't a very nice ride. No complaints about the actual accommodation and would stay there again in the future. Very calm and quiet atmosphere, would be great for a family.
