lydell9610 This place is one of a kind, I could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay. The staff was so amazing everyone was very nice and willing to help you in any way they could. I perposed to my girlfriend when we was there and to our surprise when we came to our room later that afternoon they had put flowers all over the bed with a heart in the middle. I would suggest this place to anybody in fact we are going back next April to get married there..

silverwalk Just up the road into the hills from the quiet beach, Judy house is a delight in a jungle like tropical setting. You get a real sense what life is like for many Jamaicans. It is a friendly place where you can meet other traveller and locals alike. It is a safe neighbourhood where you can walk from the ocean to the judy house in the dark comfortably. The cottages are wonderfully equipped with all amenities of a home. Sue, the owner, can arrange cheap transport from the airport straight to her place for you and she will make you feel like family. All in all, it is a great first stop into the heart of Jamaican culture and life. A lucky find.

tracyspino If your looking for a no frills type of accommodation, White Sands is perfect. A friend and I stayed in the 1bedroom apartments beach side, accommodation is basic, but has all the nesscessities, TV and air con. The staff there are lovely, especially the ladies in the reception. We had a great time there and would definitely return to White Sands again. Tracy and selina x

andyville our stay was wonderful. The hotel has a very small staff (2 housekeepers, 2 gardener, the owner/front desk clerk - to the best of my knowledge) and they were all polite. they do not watch you, nor question you, not treat you unkindly nor do they behave as though they'd rather be anywhere but there. they do their work keenly and properly. -pool is cleaned daily -garden and property is well kept and cleaned daily -rooms are cleaned daily -free Wi-Fi internet access (but only works on US settings, it will not work if your laptop is programmed with UK settings). -they do not allow men or strangers to lurk around on the compound (like the one beside it do) -the owner/front desk clerk is a very versatile and an amazing woman, as my fiancé would say "she's not to great to clean a room and she's not to small to take control". i truly admire her, she's always smiling, always interactive with the guests. she put her guests first and always have their best interest in mind. -my favorite aspect of their garden is the bamboos -hot and cold water daily (sometimes you will not be able to get hot water early in the mornings but by midday when most of the guest have gone out and not much persons using the water, the water then becomes hot, you'll get hot water in the nights too) -mostly quite but if you're at the back which is near the pool bar, you'll hear music at nights until they ready to lock up -across from the beach (about 1 minute walk) -20 minutes walk to the negril town in all honesty, we love this hotel. it's like a home away from home but with all the great things added - the food, the beach, the town, the gardens. Uzomba1 Was ok, did not utilise the full package so can't comment on that. The staff were extremely good and courteous, a thing of note though is that the site could do with internet access, would ease the checking in and out process.
