hherb Excellent location between two subway stations with lots of convenient stores and eateries close by. We got a little lost on the way but our host was kind enough to come and meet us and show us the way (we were off by maybe 100m). The facilities were excellent - both well cleaned and maintained. Our hosts were always happy to point out areas of interest around the hostel - quite a few of which we would have missed without their guidance. A highlight of one of the evenings was when the host organized a sake tasting, which broadened our view and appreciation of sake. We think the best recommendation we can give is by saying that we will definitely stay there again!
antsantana The location is great, the rooms are really clean and everything is very new, but what is the best in this hostal is the staff!!! I didn't found in all Japan people llike the people working in Osaka Hana Hostel. They were really nice, helpfull and great persons.

hagen Friendly staff coupled with excellent facilities made for a very enjoyable stay. Would recommend to anyone.
meshugah25 other than unclean bathroom on one floor its quite good place to crash. its cheap, the staff is very friendly, its a quiet place and easy to get to the major transportation
clarebeari The stay would have been perfect but the capsule was unbearably hot even with the tiny air conditioning system. I did not sleep much and the light also did not work in my capsule. They said we could have extended check out but the showers were not available from 10am to 3pm so it did not mean an extended sleep unfortunately.
