mikael_rt If you're looking for a budget accomodation in Cozumel, this is the place to go! Tina and Adolfo are very friendly hosts and their hostel is clean and comfortable. There is a big kitchen you can use to cook and eat. The beach is close, but the pier is a little far and the taxis in Cozumel are not cheap. We recommend that you rent a car if you want to explore the island. And if you want to go diving or snorkelling, just ask Adolfo.

Erinspitler The value is by far worth the rate. Big breakfast at a nice restaurant and the hosts Jorge and Carolina could not have been nicer and more accommodating. The location is in the center of the city so there is quite a bit of stree noise during the day and early evening. The walk to the restaurants and shops is very close. There is no pool or beach close by so depending on your needs I would take that into consideration. For me I was on a budget and in Cozumel for a certain purpose so B and B Caribo served my needs. I will stay here again as the facilities were clean and simple and comfortable.

ikis_24 I'm in completely and deeply in love with this place. The little garden, the terrace, the beautiful rooms, and the amazing "crew" consisting of the owner, the gardener and the breakfast cook. The location is great too, at a comfortable distance from the most touristy areas - not too close, and not to far. It strikes me as a very warm, friendly, and (if you like) romantic place.

kiwitre The hotel is so central the taxi driver actually kicked us out and told us to walk around the corner and there it was! Very friendly and helpful staff, great pool on the top floor with excellent selection for breakfast that was included in the price. The hotel iteslf is a bit tired and could do with a revamp to bring it out of the 80's overall great and I'd recommend it!

lauralopezk Great location and great service from Elaine...Also, the breakfast was great. Only comment is that our king-size bed was really two twin beds put together, so was not so comfortable. Also, bring bug spray/raid tablets - Cozumel is a tropical island and you will need it! Overall, a very good time at Tamarindo. Rooms and facilities were as cute as the pictures show, and landscape was great, as well :)

dariovolar We liked the location very much as it was not direct in the center, but also not too far. Center is at 5 minutes walking distance. Rooms were very clean and air conditioned. However, the warm water facility in the shower was a bit tricky to use (had to leave the warm water running in the sink while using the shower for the boiler to kick in). We had a full kitchen that we made use of to make breakfast and dinner (with large fridge, freezer, stove, sink and free drinking water from a cooler). There was also a relative deep pool we were free to use that was pretty clean. The landlord was very friendly and even drove us to the car rental office (you will need to rent a car or scooter to get to the beach on the other side of the island) and even drove us to the ferry. We were able to pay with credit card upon arrival. Overall we were very satisfied and would stay again if we were in Cozumel.
