mandyrut Best place to stay in Amsterdam...The owners are amazing and they will do anything to help. The room is so clean. Breakfast is provided daily and is more then you can eat. Plus they stock the fridge with more food and drink then you need. I told all my friends it was like staying with family that mind there own business. I will be back as it was the best hotel I have stayed in while visiting Europe.
tomhubbard3 An extremely nice BB with nice friendly staff in a perfect location to see Amsterdam. The staff made us feel at home and welcome and were helpful if we needed directions or advice etc. Great bedroom with good facilitys. Cheers Atila
anovelli A very nice B&B located close to the Jordaan area. Room is clean and comfortable and most of all, the area is peacefull without the typical noise coming from the streets of the center of the city. 15 minutes walk from Amsterrdam Central Station.
joycebarri My husband and I treated ourselves to a short break in Amsterdam to celebrate our wedding anniversary and chose Dianne's B&B because it had such good reviews. We were not disappointed. The accommodation is delightful - much more spacious than it appeared from the photographs, and beautifully presented. Dianne is a lovely, warm, friendly lady, who made us feel really welcome when we arrived, asking us what we would like her to buy for our breakfasts, showing us places to visit and recommending some fantastic restaurants - she was even kind enough to book a table for us. (And do go the Ko Chong Thai, its fabulous, and the cafe Dianne recommended for the best apple cake is also not to be missed!!) The apartment is about a 15-20 minute walk from Central Station and easy to find. The Jordaan is a residential area, so free from riotous crowds and very pretty; it is near enough to most places of interest to be able to walk there, but there is public transport nearby if you prefer. We actually walked everywhere, it is such a beautiful city we didn't want to miss anything! It was lovely to come back in the evening and be able to sit on the veranda surrounded by gorgious plants and gardens and relax with a chilled glass of wine. Wonderful!! I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough, and we will definitely return. And Dianne - the Delpht has pride of place on our shelf - thankyou!
carolinela our stay on antonia houseboat was amazing from start to end! we were looked after really well- the woman who owned the boat even had homemade mushroom soup and fresh bread waiting for us when we arrived! the fridge was stocked up with loads of food everyday which was great. the boat was very cozy, comfortable and relaxing! i would highly recommend this place to anyone and look forward to staying there again. they really bent over backwards to make sure we had the best stay.
It is snow The best thing about this property is the location!!!!! The owner is very friendly and nice. The apartment is smth. like 10 square meters, so in case you are a bit bigger dont go there, you can hardly sit on the tolilet. But this is all manageble and u get used to it. The appartment should be dusted as whatever we touched was coverd with dust like it was there from the last winter. Also, you can hear people burping on the street as teh windows are old and not double galzing. :) All in all stay there to save the money, and you will be located in the walking distance from everything in amsterdam.
kaenguruh5 Mrs. Benjamin is a very sympathatic person and a friendly and kind host. The appartement is verry well cleaned and cosy and her service and her tourist-informations were perfect! We can recommend the flat for all people who want a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Karin & Benedikt
