kelleykugler Absolutely the best hostel I've stayed at. Traveling with two other young girls, we instantly felt at home. Cozy bedding, perfect location (downtown yet somehow quiet), and a staff willing to become your family for the week! The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need, even fresh herbs! It was little details like that and the people we met that made the experience unbeatable.
Enlline the stuffs are very nice. they like to help everyone and can give us the suggestions for the trip. my friends and i are satisfied with this hostel.

bex76 I was in a family room which was clean and serviced daily. Overall the hostel was pretty good but if you are a light sleeper make sure you ask for a room which does not overlook the street: on the first night I got virtually no sleep due to street noise. Reception were helpful the next day and I was able to swap rooms to a quieter one on the side. kitchen and common areas were perhaps smaller than other YHAs but were adequate. The kitchen closes at 10pm and opens at 7am which was a little inconvenient. the hostel is in a great central location.
zeccav Best asset is location smack in downtown Queenstown, I appreciated the free breakfast, they even give free dinner five days a week! And the sauna!

laurenraek If your looking for a place thats out of the way and quiet this is not the hostel for you. Our bed was broken on arrival and we were woken up every night by loud teenagers arriving home and the walls are paper thin, which is all well and go if this is what your into, on a positive the wireless internet was good and so was the room heating. if your a young person that doesnt mind lack of sleep adn a bit of a walk home this is the hostel for you but if you after a bit of a get away that is quiet and relaxing, keep looking. over all this hostel was over priced and not what i was hoping for
slancelote The place was really nice, but we couldn't enjoy it because we had a lot of noise problems from other young drunk guests who made parties everynight in the common areas. There were not any staff to complain about that and stop it. We had to ask for change the room. The new room was very cold.
