We are located just half a block from the main ADO bus station and the famous 5th Avenue. Stay in one of our charming and cozy caba�as surrounded by our garden of banana trees and with direct access to the beach.
You will find the best location only with us, a few steps from the white sandy beach, half a block from the main city shopping corridor where you can find everything, from a diamond ring to a beer.
Bring your laptop as we have on site wireless reception.
We also include a common kitchen in our garden area with all the equipment you need to prepare a homemade meal during your stay with us.

I was in popol vuh for 10 days and enjoyed verry very much!!!!

I enjoyed my stay very much. The hostel is located right at the beach and right next to the best areas of the city. It's also conveniently located 2 blocks away from the bus station, which is the best way of transportation between Cancun airport and Playa del Carmen. The staff is very friendly and I met very nice people from around the world. There's also several hammocks to relax!I fully recommend it.
My first stay in Playa and just love this B&B.Perfect location only few steps from beach and the main str.5Av and bus station.Rooms are nice and clean for reasonable price,funny outdoor kitchen fully fitted,bbq grill,hammocks on courtyard you can sleep here all nite and then have a good breakfast just few steps from the place.Brilliant and helpful staff,anything you need just ask.Had an amazing time heer.If you looking for relaxing and very peaceful place where you will meet lovely people then this is best place ever to stay..

This is my second stay at Popol Vuh!!! ANd of course I love it!!! Right on the beach, hammocks in the courtyard outdoor kitchen and picnic tables!!! The staff are great and I will stay here every time I'm in Playa!!!

We stayed in one of the thatched roof cabins. Old & worn but clean & comfortable. Had fans and mosquito netting but neither was needed. Located just behind beachfront restaurants & bars so can get noisy. Running the fan would block the noise so not a problem. About a block from the bus station, 2-3 blocks from the Cozumel ferry & about 2 blocks from the collectivo stand. Friendly, helpful staff, complete breakfast buffet included in the reasonable room rate. Close to the beach - sand all the way from the cabin to the water. Overall good value and would stay again

Tiny room, red ants in the bathroom, otherwise clean.
The location was great. About 40 yards from the beach.
Breakfast was fine. Value is good.
