Are you looking for a budget-friendly comfortable Dorm-, Single-, Twin- or Double room in a cozy friendly atmosphere in completely equipped facilities with the ocean and the famous pier from New Brighton in 350 meters distance and a good connection to the city center? Then, the Point Break is just the thing!
To embellish your stay and the start of the day we offer a free continental breakfast weekdays from 9-10am, therefor currently renovation work need to be accepted.

This has been, by far, the best Backpackers I've ever stayed at!! Not only in New Zealand but anywhere. And I've travelled the World, several times. The accommodation is extremely clean, great facilities and excellent value for money. And above all - exceptionally friendly, welcoming staff, who cannot help you enough. If I ever go back to New Zealand I will definitely stay there again and will ensure I recommend it to friends/family/colleagues etc... Kindest regards and wishes Leigh-Ann
