The only Backpackers located in the heart of Historic Grahamstown, where there are many local attractions & activities.
We are a short stroll to the Beaches, Goldmines, Walks, Butterfly Farm, Squash/tennis club, Miniature Railway, Museums, Art Galleries, Saturday markets, Pubs. Enjoy the family run atmosphere in our 140 year old history filled building.
We offer spacious rooms and a sun-drenched garden with BBQ & hammocks. All our rooms are fully made up.
4x4 Rental Cars onsite - modern Toyota RAV4\'s for rent so you can explore all of the Coromandel including the gravel roads. Ask us for details.

The Valley is home to many walks through beautiful regenerated native bush, crystal clear streams, across swing bridges, pass by water falls.
The \'Pinnacles\' being the ultimate day trek, Reach the highest accessible point in the Coromandel for awesome views which take your breath away and become the highlight of your NZ experience.
