The Pirwa Backpackers Colonial is located at the Plaza San Francisco with its beautiful church and a stunning view of the mountains surrounding Cusco. The hostel is situated only two blocks from the Plaza de Armas, in the historical center, in walking distance to all the major sights. You will find cute little restaurants with local specialties and the daily set menus, with budget prices just around the corner. A local farmers market where you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, meats etc or maybe a fresh juice is only a two-minute walk from the hostel. The night life action can also be found at the main plaza and its surrounding streets, your walk back won't be that long in this case.
