We are located 15 minutes from Lisbon down town and 20 minutes from International Airport of Lisbon.

We offer 20 sound proof rooms, which all include a bathroom with a hairdryer, air conditioning and central heating, telephone, safe, cable TV and alarm clock. There are non-smoking rooms available. Our facilities include a safe in reception and breakfast room.

We are located near the best beach of Costa da Caparica.

The Residencial Realis located at the entrance of Costa da Caparica, in one of the main avenues, 30 meters from the centre and the beach and 15 minutes away from the centre of Lisbon. If you’re coming by the southern highway (A2), head to Lisbon by the 25 of April bridge. Just before entering the bridge you will see to your right the exit to Costa da Caparica. Take the route (IC20) towards Costa da Caparica. Going straight forward you will enter the Av.1º de Maio and go forward on your left will see a building of Thalasso, wen finish this buildig, turn left drive about 200 meter and will see Surf shop turn your left and 2nd street turn again left in front of will see the Residencial Real sign.If you’re coming by the northern Highway (A1), or the Lisbon airport, head to Lisbon and on the 2ª Circular go straight forward until you find the North/South axis and the information A2/Ponte 25 de Abril (bridge).Just after the bridge you will see to your right the information on the direction to Costa Caparica. Take the route (IC20) towards Costa Caparica.

Going straight forward you will enter the Av.1de Maio and follow the above indications.
