Mambo Tango is a respectful and peaceful hostel where you can feel at home, meet other people and have long conversations, fun activities, good music, a nice, quiet night\'s sleep and staff who treat you like a part of the family. We offer various activities and parties throughout the week but we are not a party hostel; that means we are very strict about noise at night. We are happy if you enjoy Barcelona\'s night life but we are also very concerned about allowing people to rest.

We are perfectly located in the heart of the city, a few minutes walking from the famous Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya , Barceloneta beach, and Montj�ic mountain - where you can relax and enjoy an amazing panoramic view of the city. All of the most interesting places in Barcelona - museums, parks, shops, theatres, pubs and much more - are just around the corner! Located in Poble sec, a district with a lot of very old architecture, the hostel\'s building was constructed in 1893; that make\'s our home a very special place. It is a multicultural and colorful district with many local restaurants providing traditional \'tapas\', pubs with cold beer, discos with good music, amazing dance parties, and much more.

Mambo Tango offers you the best quality services: 2 to 8 bed mixed dorm rooms, lockers, shared facilities including lounge, home cinema, and kitchen, organized activities, free internet and wifi and much more. Linens, large lockers and internet are included in the price and our lounge is so comfortable that you will want to spend the whole day inside and might even forget about going out. We also provide you with nice music, good vibrations, and lots of movies and books.

Mambo Tango is all about providing good travelling experiences and was founded on the ideals of respect and high standards. This has been our continuing strength, and we wish to keep it that way. We do not tolerate, under any circumstances, disrespectful and disruptive behavior; in particular poor behavior resulting from irresponsible drinking. In short, we don\'t like disrespectful people! ***Check-Out Information***

Check-out is at 11:30 a.m. If your departure is later, you are more than welcome to utilize the common areas of our hostel during that day. We also have free luggage storage!

***Cancellation Policy***

Cancellations are accepted by e-mail only and have to be received at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival time. There are no exceptions. All late cancellations will be automatically charged the price of the first night of the reservation to the credit card provided with the booking.

IMPORTANT: While in Barcelona be sure to keep an eye on all your personal belongs such as your wallet, passport and money - Barcelona has a reputation for petty theft and tourists are a prime target for pickpockets on the metro, on the streets and in restaurants.
